Eagle River town square at 3:42 pm on May 18th, 2013. This is officially the longest snow season on record since we began recording in 1911.
I applied the stars with a tooth pick in two coats and then brushed a finishing coat over the top.
Its 49° in the Muldoon neighborhood of Anchorage, AK. This its the first rain of the year that isn’t threatening to turn into snow.
Last week it was spring time here in Anchorage, Alaska. The temperatures were in the forties, the sun was always out. With everything thawing out the green was on it’s way. Now it is -8° in front of my house here in the Muldoon neighborhood. It’s snowing and the sun is nowhere to be found. Who pissed off weatherman?
If you slice the apples and cheese thinly enough you can make a decent sized snack for yourself and two children. Each bite carries all the flavor but saves a little money and calories. Throwing in some saltines for between bites will fill you up a little. This is a great way to tide yourself over for another hour or two, until it is time for dinner.
